Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We currently do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing & Delivery

  • Order Cut-off: 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Total Delivery Window: 4-7 business days from the moment you place your order.

Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on your location and the nature of your order for the most efficient delivery.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by you, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will start a carrier investigation. If it is confirmed lost after 7 consecutive business days, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue within 1-2 business days.
