What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed in USD.
When is my card charged?
Your payment is processed at the moment you place your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours. If the order has already been processed, we can’t cancel it, but we offer free returns so you can send it back for a full refund once it arrives.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase and no hidden fees.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or internationally.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow 4-7 business days total (1-2 days processing + 3-5 days transit). Orders placed before 6 PM Pacific Time start processing the same day.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
30 calendar days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.
Can I return personal care or hygiene-related items?
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging, unless they are defective.
How do I get my refund?
Send your return to our Fullerton, CA center using the prepaid label we provide. After inspection, we’ll issue a refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to post it.
