Free & Easy Returns
We want you to love your Waterforrd piece. If it’s not the right fit, you can return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. We cover the return shipping. There are no restocking fees.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and seals intact.
Hygiene & Final Sale
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care or intimate-use products) must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging, unless the item is defective. Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and will be clearly labeled as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@waterforrd.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions. Please wait for your authorization before shipping anything back.

Refunds
Once your return is delivered, we’ll inspect it and initiate your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if an item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, outside of a valid defect claim.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and either ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. We respond within 1-2 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you are welcome to start a free return once it arrives.
Pricing Errors
In the rare event of a significant pricing error, we will first contact you to discuss the situation. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
